Returns are accepted only if:

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Book is damaged during transit
  • Missing items in order

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Used / pre-loved books (unless damaged)
  • Activity books once opened
  • Sale / discounted items

Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery with clear images/videos of the issue.

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.

Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary based on location, courier partners, or unforeseen circumstances.
